The active associates have access to diverse services that RADIM offers them with exclusivity; however, other activities of the network are opened to other interested institutions and public in general.

Institutional Representation

RADIM associates are institutionally represented at different environments such as the State Government and other entities of the civil society, international cooperation, private sector, etc.

Institutional strengthening

The Network has raised to implement actions of strengthening for the Microcredit institutions because:

• Argentina has no offer of systematical, permanent training, according to the IMF’s.
• It is a demand of the institutions that still do not have proper programs to strengthen the capacities of their work teams.
• Professionalize Human Resources that are employed at microfinance it is essential to offer a quality service to the population of minor resources in Argentina

Aims

• To give support and to strengthen the professionalization of Human resources of the IMF partners.
• To generate compromised Human Resources to institutions, to offer services of high quality to the people for those who work for.
• To strengthen the associatively of RADIM, attracting new associates from the already offered services to join it.

Services

To achieve the mentioned aims it is planed to implement different actions and intervention methodologies:

• Thematic trainings integrating several IMF (Seminars, Workshops, courses, etc.)
• Specializing trainings at field in every IMF (from demand)
• Internship Programme between the IMF.
• Services of technical assistance to the IMF.
• Training actions at distance (Internet and systems of videoconference)
• Events of training on microfinance, national and international.

Information Systems

The Network concentrates its efforts in creating tools in order to promote transparency, confidence and visibility of the information in the sector, as a central tool to achieve the sustainable growth and strengthening of the sector.

That is the reason why the RADIM works with every IMF associated defining and standardizing financial and social impact indicators in order to introduce international standars and methodology taken from advance institutions (www.imp-act.org, www.etimos.it).

Among the most emphasized actions from the area, it is found a strong initiative that promotes the incorporation of our associates in Mix Market (www.mixmarket.org) and also develops benchmarks for the industry, information that turns out to be a key to attract to potential investors and contributor.
